These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of newvisionmotors.com and any enquiry, quotation or order placed with New Vision Motors Co., Limited (“New Vision Motors”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or doing business with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
New Vision Motors is a Hong Kong based motorcycle export company and an official agent of Bike-O, providing direct access to Japanese motorcycle auctions (BDS, JBA and AUCNET) as well as electric and gasoline motorcycles, tricycles and related vehicles sourced from China.
2. Quotations & Orders
- All quotations are indicative and valid for the period stated. Prices may change due to auction results, currency movements, freight rates or supplier pricing until an order is confirmed in writing.
- An order is binding once confirmed by both parties and the agreed deposit or payment has been received.
- For auction units, bidding is carried out on your behalf up to the maximum price you authorise. A successful bid is a binding purchase.
3. Payment
Payment terms, deposits and accepted methods are set out in each quotation or proforma invoice. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
4. Inspection, Shipping & Export
- Used auction units are sold based on the auction condition report and grade. We share grades and photos with you before bidding so you know what you are buying.
- We arrange inspection, container loading, documentation and shipping as agreed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by auctions, production, customs and carriers.
- Import duties, taxes, homologation and registration in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Warranties
New motorcycles are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Used auction units are sold “as inspected” per their auction grade and are not covered by a new-vehicle warranty unless stated in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to New Vision Motors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
