As an official agent of Bike-O, we give you direct online access to Japan’s BDS, JBA and AUCNET networks — around 10,000 bikes listed every week. You tell us the models, year range, condition and budget you want; we send matching listings with photos and condition grades, then bid on your behalf up to the maximum price you set.
For Japanese auction units you can start with a single bike, though most buyers combine several units into one container to lower per-unit freight. For China-made electric and gasoline models, MOQ depends on the model and factory — tell us your target and we’ll confirm the exact terms.
Payment terms, deposits and accepted methods (such as bank transfer / T/T) are set out in each quotation or proforma invoice. A deposit usually confirms the order, with the balance due before shipping. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
Every auction unit comes with a detailed condition report and grade covering the engine, frame, brakes, electrics, bodywork and tyres. We review the grades and photos with you before bidding, so you know exactly what you are buying — there are no surprises when the bike arrives.
Yes. We manage the full chain: inspection, container loading, export documentation and worldwide shipping to your port. Import duties, taxes, homologation and registration in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility, but we provide all the paperwork you need to clear customs.
It depends on sourcing and destination. Auction units are won weekly and then consolidated for export; new China-made models may need production lead time. Once a container ships, ocean transit typically takes a few weeks depending on your port. We give you a clear timeline with every order.

New motorcycles carry the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Used auction units are sold “as inspected” according to their auction grade. Any specific warranty or after-sales arrangement is confirmed in writing with your order.
