Japanese Motorcycle Auction FAQ

Key details about minimum orders, bidding, storage, container loading, shipping and documentation.

The minimum order quantity is by 20ft or 40ft container. We do not ship one-off single motorbikes.

For successful bids, we’ll arrange payment to the auction and transport to our warehouses to await container loading. It can often take several days to gather sufficient bikes to fill a container, depending on the bidding situation.

Depending on size, we can load approximately 15–20 units into a 20ft container and approximately 30–40 units into a 40ft container. To maximize loading capacity, we build a second-level decking inside the container so bikes can be safely loaded on an upper level.

Once container vanning, also known as loading, is complete, we’ll ship the container to the port nearest you.

Following confirmation of final payment, all documents, including Bills of Lading and shipping documents, will be sent to you accordingly.

Before placing bids, we require a bond deposit of 30% of your intended spend value. Your deposit is secure and will be credited towards your first purchase, or otherwise refunded in full should you decide to opt out.
